This Privacy Policy explains how Diventra Group S.r.l. ("DiventraGroup", "we", "us", "our")
collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website and the preliminary assessment
service described on it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and other applicable
data protection laws.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Diventra Group S.r.l., Piazza della Repubblica 32, 20124 Milan, Italy — VAT
number: to be inserted. You can contact us for any privacy-related request at info@diventragroup.com, support@diventragroup.com, or by certified email (PEC)
at diventragroup@pec.it.
2. What personal data we collect
- Identification data: first name, last name.
- Contact data: email address, phone number.
- Case data: reported amount, position type (e.g. crypto, broker, bank transfer,
card payment), reference IBAN, and any free-text message you submit.
- Technical data: browser and device information collected in standard web server
logs, language preference, and your cookie-consent choice (see the Cookie
Policy).
We never ask for passwords, full card numbers, or IBAN security codes (CVV/PIN). The reference IBAN
you provide is used exclusively to organise and identify your preliminary assessment; it is never
used to initiate a payment, transfer, or charge of any kind.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Generating your preliminary assessment result and displaying it to you — necessary to take
steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Registering your request and sending you the Registered Preliminary Assessment Report by email —
performance of your explicit request and our legitimate interest in documenting it (Art. 6(1)(b)
and (f) GDPR).
- Responding to messages submitted through the contact form — your consent, given by submitting
the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Continuing a conversation on WhatsApp Business where you have actively chosen to do so — your
consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we are unable to generate a preliminary assessment
or respond to your request.
4. How form submissions are delivered
The contact form and the assessment request form on this website use EmailJS, a
third-party email-delivery service, to transmit the information you submit directly to
DiventraGroup's mailbox without passing through our own servers. EmailJS acts as a data processor on
our behalf for this specific purpose. We select processors who provide sufficient guarantees of
GDPR-compliant processing and, where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic
Area, rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual
Clauses.
5. Data retention
We retain the personal data described above only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes
set out in this policy — typically for the duration of your request and any related follow-up — and
in any event no longer than required to comply with applicable legal, accounting or tax retention
obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal
data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, by writing to info@diventragroup.com. If you believe your data has been
processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection
Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) or with the supervisory authority of your
own EU member state of residence.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against
unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet or method of electronic
storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files, and local storage is a similar browser-based storage mechanism, used
to make a website function correctly and, where permitted, to remember your preferences.
1. What we currently use
- Strictly necessary: your cookie-consent choice itself, saved in your browser's
local storage (key
dgCookieConsent) so the cookie banner is not shown again once you
have made a choice.
- Functional: your selected display language, determined by the site section
(/en/, /it/, /de/, /es/, /el/) you are browsing.
DiventraGroup does not currently use analytics or marketing/advertising cookies.
If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested again
through the cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
2. Third-party resources
To display and operate correctly, this website loads the Bootstrap framework from the jsdelivr
content delivery network, and — on the Contact and Assessment pages — the EmailJS script used to
deliver form submissions. Loading these resources causes your browser to connect directly to those
third-party providers, which may process technical data such as your IP address in accordance with
their own privacy policies.
3. Managing cookies and local storage
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and
you can clear your choice at any time by deleting your browser's local storage and cookies for this
site through your browser settings.

1. Purpose of the service
This website allows visitors to request a free, guided preliminary assessment relating to a
documented financial loss (for example connected to crypto, online brokers, trading platforms,
bank transfers or card payments), based on the reported amount and reference IBAN provided by the
user.
2. Nature of the preliminary assessment
The preliminary assessment is informational only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or
investment advice, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not create a contract, mandate,
engagement, or automatic case opening between the user and DiventraGroup. Any subsequent contract
relating to the possible opening of a case is proposed and sent only at a later stage, following
direct contact with the client and any necessary verification.
3. Accuracy of information provided
The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted through the
assessment and contact forms. DiventraGroup relies on this information to generate the preliminary
result and is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided
by the user.
4. Intellectual property
The content, layout, graphics, and trademarks on this website are the property of Diventra Group
S.r.l. or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written
consent, except as necessary to use the website for its intended purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DiventraGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the
preliminary assessment tool, including any decision made on the basis of the preliminary result
shown.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute not otherwise resolved and not subject to
mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules, the competent court shall be the Court of Milan,
Italy.
7. Changes to these terms
DiventraGroup may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at
the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after
a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

result, or a final, confirmed determination of any kind.
- The estimated recoverability percentage shown is a first, structured indication only; any final
determination requires document verification and specialist analysis carried out at a later
stage.
- DiventraGroup is not a law firm, a bank, a payment institution, or a public authority, and this
website does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
